Any disputes related to this policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties; if they cannot be resolved through negotiation, you hereby agree to submit the dispute to Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for arbitration in Shenzhen. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
If any court of competent jurisdiction finds or adjudicates that any provision of this policy is invalid, then that provision will be removed from this policy, but the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this policy. The remaining provisions of this policy will continue to apply.
